Don Play opens his archive of ultra-rare 45 and 12″ records that he painstakingly has accumulated over his occasional trips to Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban. The journey begins with mbaqanga and township jive, and then progresses to jazz, afro-disco, bubblegum, international pop, and ends up at house music (where else?).
